Poetry.com has created lots of spambots to promote their cheap scam. I've been repeatedly spammed by them. HOWEVER, I fell into a scam of theirs before I had gotten a dA account, so I did not fall into this trap.

I agree...and right now, more and more abandoned deviants, even the ^devart bot account is being exposed to unsolicited advertising from spambots. Since the spam has escalated out of control, dA will someday have no choice but be forced to temporarily shut down the registration system in order to protect users...especially abandoned accounts.
Poetry.com has been promoting spambots that have even gotten around the blocking system by using a malicious script to send comment spam to thousands of deviants and it's making this site spammer's paradise.
It unclear what drawings were traced though and it might have been made up without any clear evidence against her.
I've checked the Internet Archive on this account and it only goes back to the 30th of March 2007...which is about more than a month prior to the raid against her. And any attempts to click on a drawing found in the Internet Archive will lead to a File Not Found (404) error message.
There is no way how to get in touch with her at all. Her e-mail address is not visible and probably doesn't work anymore. Her website ginnoame.com completely disappeared from the World Wide Web.
She even stopped using her Gaia account on the 3rd of May after she changed her username three times, because of the mess that she got herself into last year.
It's a very sad ending to a sorry episode that she has to go through.
Maybe she'll reappear magically but what she has to remember is that some people do this crap, but the best way she could have reacted was to just do nothing. It takes a while, but yelling back only makes these people angrier. I'd also tell her that she shouldn't even draw anything or post any pictures that people might recognize.
And she could have blocked these people too. There's a way on dA.
